Canadian Ethics Course for Life Insurance Agents

World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada Inc. (WFGIA) requires the completion of the Canadian Ethics Course for Life Insurance Agents by all WFGIA-licensed agents and candidates across Canada every two years.

The course must be completed before submitting the Licence Application

Note: This Ethics course is for WFG compliance only. It does not qualify for the Council Rules Course in British Columbia nor does it qualify for Saskatchewan.

  • Does not need to be completed at a WFG branch
  • Valid for 5 Life CE Credits
  • Students must verify their identity with a photo ID and download and install Safe Exam Browser (available through the test portal). They must also connect a secondary camera on a smartphone (activated by a QR code)

Question format: multiple choice
Questions per exam: 12 questions
Exam Length: 60 minutes
Passing Grade: 70%

You have 3 attempts at the exam. Thereafter, each additional attempt is subject to a $20 rewrite fee.

Refund Policy: This course is non-refundable and is not transferable.
Login Policy: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Sharing your access with others is forbidden. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of your course.
